基于ZigBee的无线录井低功耗传感网络设计

     

摘要

无线录井工程中,传感器节点通常采用容量小的电池供电,为确保传感器能够持久运行,需降低传感器节点的运行功耗.硬件电路的设计遵循选取低功耗器件、减少外围电路的原则,并利用管理软件优化极易产生功耗损失的网络配置与数据发送机制,控制硬件在休眠状态与工作状态之间进行切换,从而降低节点功耗.现场测试表明,ZigBee无线传感器网络稳定可靠,传感节点功耗低,大部分无线传感器节点可持续运行38 d以上,满足了无线录井需求.%In the wireless logging engineering, sensor nodes are usually powered by a small capacity battery. In order to ensure the sensor a durable operation, power consumption of sensor nodes need to be reduced. In order to reduce the power consumption of nodes, hardware circuit design followed the principle of selecting low-power device and reducing peripheral circuit and by using the management software to optimize the network configuration, which is extremely easy to generate power dissipation loss, and da-ta sending mechanism. Also, the switch between sleep state and working state of hardware were controlled. Field test shows that ZigBee wireless sensor network is stable and reliable. Sensor nodes have a low power consumption, most of the wireless sensor nodes can be sustainably operated for more than 38 days, which meet the requirement of wireless logging.
