基于无线传输机制的矿下压力监测中高可靠性研究

     

摘要

针对传统通信模式无法获得令人满意的通信效果的问题,设计了一套基于ZigBee协议的液压支架监测的无线通讯系统.硬件上选取集数据收发和处理为一体的STM32W108超低功耗无线芯片,软件上采用中心轮询无线通讯机制对数据包的格式和射频收发器的工作模式进行设计.在优化通信稳定性的前提下,提升系统工作效率.应用结果表明该系统运行稳定、测量精度高、可扩展性强,为煤矿综采支架液压监测提供了更可靠的保障.%In view of the traditional communication mode can' t get satisfactory results,a wireless communication system for hydraulic bracket pressure monitoring based on ZigBee protocol was designed. To achieve this goal, the STM32W108 low power consumption module was combined which has the function of data transmission and data processing. The software uses the center polling wireless communication mechanism to be adapted to the data packer format and the radio frequency transceiver work pat-tern. Under the premise of optimizing the stability of communication system,the work efficiency can be improved. The application results show that this system can achieve the goals of favorable stability,high precision,strong extendibility,which provides a more reliable guarantee for the hydraulic monitoring of the colliery hydraulic support.
