基于LabVIEW的大型转子监测及故障诊断系统

     

摘要

为实现对大型转子系统的实时监测,利用LabVIEW开发了一套监测与故障诊断系统,并提供了系统的总体设计方案和算法.系统结合转子的特性针对性地提供了一种小波包分解方案,同时改进了原有的小波阈值滤波算法.系统中加入了改进轴心轨迹不变矩分析、小波能量谱分析、支持向量机,D-S信息融合等算法并通过LabVIEW加以实现,能实现数据实时采集、波形分析和显示、数据存储、数据融合功能.实验验证了系统能准确地辨识大型转子系统的运行状况.%In order to realize the real-time monitoring of large rotor system,a monitoring and fault diagnosis system for it was developed using LabVIEW.The overall design and algorithm flow of the system was proposed.The system provided a wavelet pack-et decomposition scheme based on the characteristics of the rotor itself,and improved the original wavelet threshold filtering meth-od.The system combined the improved invariant moment of axis orbit analysis,wavelet energy spectrum analysis,support vector machine,DS information fusion etc.,and realized the functions of real-time data acquisition,waveform analysis and display,data storage and data fusion.The experiment validates that the system can identify the running state of large rotor system accurately.
