便携式水体重金属分析仪器设计研究

     

摘要

为了快速测定水中重金属的含量,研究了基于阳极溶出法的便携式重金属检测系统的设计,实现水中铅、镉、铜、锌等重金属浓度的快速测定.讨论了三电极传感器结构,研究了溶出峰的特点并设计了快速寻峰算法,开发了三电极传感器的恒电位仪电路,保证电极电位的稳定和控制精度,使传感器的输出更稳定.最后给出了测试结果和主要参数.基于阳极溶出法的水体重金属测量系统,采用标准加入法进行重金属的定量分析,灵敏度达到ppb级,可直接用于天然水中的重金属含量的测量.%For the rapid determination of heavy metals in the water ,the design of portable heavy metal detection system based on anodic stripping method was studied ,to realize the rapid determination of heavy metals such as lead ,cadmium,copper,zinc and other heavy metals in water .The structure of three-electrode sensor was discussed ,the stripping peak features was analyzed , and the design of a fast peak search algorithm was developed .The constant potential circuit for three electrode sensor was devel-oped to ensure the stability and control precision of the electrode potential ,so that the output of the sensor was more stable .Final-ly,the test results and main parameters were given .The measurement of heavy metals in water based on anodic stripping method , addition method for the quantitative analysis of heavy metals was used ,and the sensitivity reached ppb level ,can be directly used to measure the content of heavy metals in natural water .
