LCD切割线抽插式上料机的电控系统设计

     

摘要

In the process of scribing and breaking in LCD panel production line, a pulling and inserting feeding machine consisted of Q series PLC, orientation module QD75D4, servo system(servo drive and servo motor)and touch screen was designed with the purpose of realizing the automatic feeding of glass.This article introduced the composition of this automatic feeding machine, including the design of software, hardware, expounded the servo drive parameter settings, PLC program design process ,and touch screen man-machine interface design.Experimental results of single machine and linkage commissioning show its mechanical and electrical control system is running stably and reliably with reducing labor cost and greatly improving the production efficiency.According to the actual production, the capacity per month exceeds 12 000 pieces and the yield has achieved 97%.This method improved the return on investment.%在液晶(LCD)屏生产线的屏切割工艺段,为实现玻璃基板的自动上料,采用Q系列PLC、定位模块QD75D4、伺服系统(伺服驱动器、伺服电机)和触摸屏设计了玻璃基板抽插式上料机及其电控系统.详细介绍了该上料机的系统组成及软、硬件设计,阐述了伺服驱动器参数设置、PLC程序设计和触摸屏人机界面设计等过程.结果表明,该上料机在单机试运转和整线联动的测试中运行稳定、可靠,极大降低了人工成本,提高了生产效率.由实际生产统计数据显示:产能≥1.2万片/月,良品率≥97%,提高了投资回报率.
