The determination methods (including sample dissolving and instruments etc.) of heavy metals,such as Ca,Na,V,Fe,and Ni,in the FCC (fluid catalytic cracking) equilibrium catalyst were compared.Microwave digestion and wet acidolysis were adopted to dissolve samples,and flame atomic absorption spectrometry,ICP,and X ray fluorescence were employed to determine above-mentioned five elements.To find a testing method for heavy metals in equilibrium catalyst in FCC,the economical efficiency,convenience,safety,and accuracy of the method were considered.After test and discussion,the determined method was to use microwave digestion to dissolve sample,and using ICP for measurement.This method was simple,safe,high accurate,and economically feasible.%对测定FCC(流化床催化裂化)平衡剂中重金属钙、钠、钒、铁、镍含量的测定方法(包括溶样、仪器等)进行比较.用微波消解和湿法酸解溶解样品,然后用火焰原子吸收、ICP、X射线荧光测定上述5种元素.从实验方法的经济、简便、安全、准确性进行考虑,确定一种检测FCC平衡剂中重金属含量的方法.经过实验和讨论,确定的方法是用微波消解法溶样,用ICP进行测定,此方法简便、安全、准确性高、经济可行.
