离子色谱法与滴定法测定硫酸钾镁肥中氯离子的比较研究

摘要

In view of the chlorine content in the potash magnesium of sulphate fertilizer,respectively compared ion chromatography with traditional titration method from the applicable scope,sample pre-treatment,the linear range of working curve,standard addition recovery rate and accuracy,precision,detection limitation,and detection results etc.were analyzed and compared;Concluded that ion chromatography's pretreatment was simpler and its applicable range and linear range were wider.Also had higher precision and sensitivity,better stability,and convenience.Because of these advantages,it can completely satisfy the detection of chlorine content in chemical fertilizer and also can be popularized.%针对硫酸钾镁肥中氯离子含量的检测,分别从方法适用范围、样品前处理、工作曲线的线性范围、加标回收率和准确度、精密度、检出限、检测结果等方面对离子色谱法和传统滴定法进行了分析和比较.结果表明:离子色谱法前处理简单、适用范围和线性范围广、精密度和灵敏度高(RSD＜0.2％,检出限为0.000 2％)、稳定性好、简便快捷,可完全满足化肥中氯的检测,宜推广普及.
