拟薄水铝石的结构对FCC催化剂裂解重油性能的影响

         

摘要

采用同样的配比,通过加入3种不同结构的拟薄水铝石制成3种流化催化裂化(FCC)催化剂,考察了拟薄水铝石的结构对FCC催化剂物化指标和裂解重油性能的影响.结果表明,随着拟薄水铝石的孔体积的增大,催化剂中孔体积增大,原料油转化率增加,在相同反应条件下汽油、液化气产率增加,柴油、干气、重油和焦炭产率降低.这表明载体孔径增大,催化剂催化重油大分子裂化能力增强,载体孔径与重油大分子应相互匹配.%Three kinds of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts were prepared using the same formula through adding three different pseudoboehmites.Effects of pseudoboehmite structure on the physicochemical properties and catalytic performance of FCC catalysts were investigated.Results showed that with the increase of pore volume of pseudoboehmite,pore volume of FCC catalyst increased and conversion increased accordingly,under the same reaction conditions,the yields of gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas increased,the yields of diesel,residues,dry gas,and coke decreased.Results showed that with the increase of pore size of matrix,catalytic cracking ability for residues increased,and the matrix aperture and heavy oil molecules should be matched.
