以棕榈酸和酒石酸为原料合成了具有双疏水链、双羧酸的新型碳酸钙表面改性剂双棕榈酰酒石酸二酯,采用氢核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)对产物进行了结构鉴定.通过单因素实验和正交实验得到改性重质碳酸钙的最优条件:改性剂用量为2.0%,改性时间为55 min,改性温度为60℃.在此条件下改性重质碳酸钙的吸油值为0.203 9 mL/g,沉降体积为0.3 mL/g,活化度达到98.58%.通过对比发现,双棕榈酰酒石酸二酯对碳酸钙的改性效果优于单链羧酸改性剂硬脂酸.%A novel ground calcium carbonate surface modifier named bis(palmitoyloxy)succinic acid having double hydrophobic carbon chain and double carboxylic acid was synthesized by pahnitic acid and tartaric acid and the structures of the products were identified by 1H-NMR.The optimum conditions of modified ground calcium carbonate powder were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The mass fraction of modifier and modification time were 2.0% and 55 min respectively and the modified temperature was 60 ℃.Under these optimum conditions,the oil absorption value was 0.203 9 mL/g.The sedimentation volume was 0.3 mL/g and the activation degree reached 98.58%.It could be found that the modification effect of bis (palmitoyloxy)succinic acid was better than that of stearic acid.
