Integrated membrane separation technology was used to treat the acid wastewater from titanium dioxide production by H2SO4 process.Results showed that:with the filtration of ceramic membrane,the metatitanic acid particles could be comple tely recovered,and that concentration in concentrate reached 130 g/L to the extreme,while it was not found in permeate.Flux of ceramic membrane was above 500 L/(m2 ·h).With the filtration of nanofiltration membrane,retention rate of ferrous ion could reach above 99.7%,and the one in permeate was below 15 mg/L.The acid water after processing could be reused as washing water to wash metatitanic acid particles.After rinsing polluted membrane,the permeate flux of ceramic membrane and nanofiltration membrane could be both recovered completely.%采用膜集成处理工艺对硫酸法钛白粉酸性废水做了研究.结果表明:陶瓷膜可完全回收偏钛酸粒子.浓液中偏钛酸最高质量浓度达到130 g/L,清液中没有偏钛酸,渗透通量在500 L/(m2.h)以上.纳滤膜对亚铁离子的截留率达到了99.7%以上,清液中的亚铁离子含量为15 mg/L以下.处理后的水可作为洗涤偏钛酸的洗水回用.膜清洗后,陶瓷膜和纳滤膜都能完全恢复通量.
