POROUS CERAMIC MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ACID WASTE WATER TREATMENT AND AN ACID WASTE WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS CAPABLE OF HAVING AN EXCELLENT EFFECT OF ACID WASTER WATER NEUTRALIZATION AND HEAVY METAL REMOVAL BY USING A STARFISH AND A ZEOLITE
PURPOSE: A porous ceramic manufacturing method for acid waste water treatment and an acid waste water treatment apparatus are provided to economically neutralize acid waste water and remove a heavy metal by using a starfish as an alkali supply source and using a zeolite for removing the heavy metal.;CONSTITUTION: A porous ceramic manufacturing method for acid waste water treatment includes: a washing step for removing salinity by washing a caught starfish; a processing step for pulverizing the starfish after burning the starfish at 500 - 600=; a step for molding by mixing porous material 10 - 40 wt% and zeolite 50 - 150 wt% to starfish powder 100 wt% obtained in the processing step; and a step for plasticizing by heating the molded molding material at 600 - 800=.
