论基层图书馆在构建农村公共文化服务体系中的作用

摘要

农村经济的日益繁荣与发展,在农民物质生活水平提高的同时,对精神文化生活的需求也发生了深刻变化.农村全面发展的当务之急,就是构建农村公共文化服务体系,提高农村文化生活水平,保障农民文化生活权力.本文就农村公共文化服务体系的概念与特点进行简明阐述,指出基层图书馆在构建公共文化服务体系中的不可或缺性,并对基层图书服务过程中遇到的问题及如何发挥作用的具体措施做了详细论述.%The growing prosperity and development of rural economy,the improvement of the living stan?dards of farmers,the spiritual and cultural needs of life has also been a profound change.The top priority of the comprehensive development of rural areas is to construct the rural public cultural service system,improve the rural cultural life level,and ensure the right of the peasants' cultural life.In this paper,the concept and charac?teristics of rural public culture service system are briefly introduced in this paper,the necessity of basic level li?brary in the construction of public cultural service system is pointed out, and the problems encountered in the service process of basic level library and the specific measures to play its role are introduced in detail.
