天然的转基因“工程师”及其对转基因食品的意蕴

         

摘要

Under the background that genetically modified foods(GM foods)have been highly controversial and even demonized at present in China,to know the transgenic process of agrobacterium tumefaciens is just like to find the key to understand transgenic technologies and GM foods fundamentally,which contributes to eliminate the mystery and people's fear of GM foods. The natural transgenic process of agrobacterium tumefaciens proves that DNA is really safe,transgenic technologies are not as terrible as some people thought,and GM foods have the substantial equivalence in security to the traditional foods.%在转基因食品之于中国当前倍受争议甚至被“妖魔化”的背景下,了解根瘤农杆菌的转基因过程,就好比找到从根本上理解转基因技术和转基因食品的钥匙,有助于消除对转基因食品的神秘感与恐惧。根瘤农杆菌的天然转基因过程证明:DNA真的很安全,转基因技术并不可怕,转基因食品具有与传统食品实质等同的安全性。
