心理疏导及精神护理等综合干预措施对老年病诱发的抑郁症患者的作用研究

摘要

目的：探讨研究心理疏导、精神护理等综合干预措施对老年病诱发的抑郁症患者的作用。方法选取2010年1月至2015年5月于我院就诊的老年抑郁症患者64例作为研究对象，将64例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组患者给予用药、饮食及常规生活护理。试验组此基础上进行心理疏导和精神护理。结果两组治疗前 SDS 、SAS 评分未见显著性差异（ P ＞0．05）；治疗后观察组 SDS 、SAS 评分均较对照组显著降低，差异具有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。对照组治疗有效率为62．5％（20／32），观察组治疗有效率为90．6％（29／32），组间比较观察组高于对照组，差异具有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。结论对老年病诱发的抑郁症患者提供心理疏导和精神护理能够有效地改善病情，达到更好的治疗效果，促进患者康复，可积极应用于临床。%Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive intervention of psychological counseling and mental care in patients with geriatric disease - induced depression .Method 6 4 elderly patients with depres-sion treated from January 2 0 1 0 to May 2 0 1 5 in our hospital were selected .The subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,3 2 cases each group .Result Before treatment ,the scores of SDS and SAS for two groups were not signficantly different(P > 0 .0 5 ) ;after treatment ,the scores of SDS and SAS for observation group were lower than that of control group( P < 0 .0 5 ) ;the effective rate for control group (6 2 . 5 % ,2 0 /3 2 ) was lower than that of observation group (9 0 .6 % ,2 9 /3 2 )( P < 0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion The psycho-logical counseling and mental care has a better effect in patients with geriatric disease - induced depression .
