This paper introduces the development and the formulation design of the millisecond Si-CuO-PbO2 type delay composition. The delay time and precision of the delay composition varied with particle size, the content of bonder,mixing uniformity,charging pressure, charging frequency, the content of water, ignition energy and ambient condition.The reaction mechanism of the delay compositions is also discussed.%介绍了毫秒级Si-CuO-PbO2延期药的配方设计,详细分析了延期时间及其延期精度与原材料粒度、粘合剂含量、混合均匀性、压药压力、装药次数、水分含量、点火能量和环境条件的关系,同时对该延期药的燃烧反应机理进行了探讨。
