DMF-水球形化重结晶HMX工艺研究

摘要

为获得球形化效果好的HMX,研究了DMF-水球形化重结晶HMX的工艺影响因素.结果表明:在温度为57℃、搅拌速度为140r/min、V溶剂:V非溶剂=1:3.5和稀释速度为0.153mL/min的条件下,重结晶所得的HMX晶体球形化效果最好,且具有更高的密度和更好的热安定性.%In order to obtain the best spherical effect for HMX, the technical process of HMX spherulitic recrystallization from DMF-H2O was studied. It showed that when temperature was 57℃, stirring speed was 140r/min, the ratio between volume of solvent and nonsolvent was 1 : 3.5, and dilution rate was 0.153mL/min, the recrystallization HMX particle got the best spherical effect, higher density and better thermal stability.
