层状超分子烟幕材料红外干扰性能研究

         

摘要

Using hydrothermal synthesis method, a series of calcined hydrotalcite with different size were prepared, and the layered supramolecular smoke material was obtained after surface hydrophobic modification. The structure of the layered supramolecular smoke material was characterized by XRD, SEM and FTIR, and the infrared interference property was also investigated. The experimental results showed that the layered supramolecular smoke material with particle size of 7~10μm can significantly reduce infrared radiation of 3~5μm and 8~14μm, and the attenuation rate is even more than 95%after formulation optimization. With the advantages of nonconductive, easy cleaning and environment-friendly, the layered supramolecular smoke material is expected to become a new generation of anti-infrared smoke material.%采用水热合成法制备不同粒径的碳酸根插层水滑石(MgAl-CO3-LDHs),经过硬脂酸表面疏水改性,最终制备得到具有疏水性的层状超分子烟幕材料。利用XRD、SEM、FTIR等手段进行结构表征,并采用烟箱对其红外干扰性能进行研究。结果表明:7~10μm的层状超分子烟幕材料在3~5μm和8~14μm的红外辐射具有显著的衰减效应,经过助剂复配后衰减率可达95%以上;此外,层状超分子烟幕材料还具有非导电、易清洗、绿色环保等优点,有望成为新一代抗红外烟幕材料。
