降低镁/聚四氟乙烯类药剂紫外辐射的试验研究

     

摘要

To reduce the ultraviolet radiation of conventional infrared decoy magnesium/Teflon pyrotechnics, several methods such as changing the content of magnesium directly, adding sodium bicarbonate as cooling agent and mixing hexamethylenetetramine to replace part of magnesium were proposed, which aimed to lower the combustion temperature of the powders. The results showed that, without additional components, ultraviolet radiation could be suppressed effectively by decreasing magnesium content. While adding new material to the formula, the production of ultraviolet radiation depended more on its own behavior in fire.%为降低传统镁/聚四氟乙烯红外诱饵的紫外辐照度,采用改变镁粉含量、添加碳酸氢钠降温剂以及使用六亚甲基四胺代替部分镁粉等方法,以降低药剂燃烧温度。结果表明,在不引入新组分的前提下,降低镁粉含量可以有效抑制紫外辐射的产生;引入新组分时,紫外辐射的产生并非仅仅与燃烧温度有关,新组分本身在火焰中的行为对其影响更大。
