石墨烯负载铜纳米粒子的制备及其催化性能研究

     

摘要

In this paper, the graphene-copper nanocomposite(GCNC) was prepared by liquid phase reduction method, and the morphology, crystal form and thermal decomposition properties of samples were characterized. The results show that the thickness of graphene and graphene oxide are voile-shaped sheets with very thin thickness. GCNC get a good shape due to that the Cu nanoparticles are dispersed evenly on rGO sheets. Mixing different contents of GCNC with AP, the DSC result indicated that AP with 5% GCNC has the best thermodynamic performance, the activation energy decreases from 187.9 kJ/mol to 136.5 kJ/mol. The study indicate that GCNC has good catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of AP.%采用液相还原法制备了石墨烯负载铜纳米粒子(Graphene-copper nanocomposite,GCNC),对样品的形貌、晶体结构和热分解性能进行了表征和测试.结果表明:氧化石墨烯(GO)和石墨烯(rGO)呈薄片状且片层厚度较薄,铜纳米粒子均匀地负载在石墨烯薄层上.将GCNC与高氯酸铵(AP)进行复合,发现GCNC的添加质量分数为5%时,对AP的催化效果最好.分解的活化能从187.9kJ/mol降到了136.5kJ/mol.本研究表明GCNC对AP具有很好的催化效果.
