排布角对新型组合式MEFP战斗部影响研究

     

摘要

为提升弹药战斗部的毁伤效能,设计了一种新型组合式多爆炸成型弹丸(MEFP)战斗部,将战斗部的成型模块分为3圈,对各圈装药进行了编号;数值模拟分析了排布角对MEFP速度、成型形貌和飞散角的影响规律.研究表明:随着排布角的增加,2号装药形成的EFP弹丸轴向速度、长径比、尾裙差均减小,而径向速度和飞散角逐渐增大;3号装药形成的EFP弹丸轴向速度、径向速度、长径比、尾裙差和飞散角均逐渐减小;4号装药形成的EFP弹丸轴向速度、径向速度、长径比逐渐减小,而尾裙差和飞散角逐渐增大.当排布角为15°时,形成的EFP虽然轴向速度、径向速度小于其他结构,但是在形成的EFP形貌和飞散角方面有较大的优势.%In order to improve the damage efficiency of the ammunition warhead, a new combined multi-explosive molded projectile (MEFP) warhead was designed, the forming module of the warhead was divided into three circles, each ring has been numbered. The influence of arrangement angle on MEFP speed, forming morphology and dispersion angle were numerical studied. The results show that with the increase of the arrangement angle, the axial velocity, length-diameter ratio and tail-skirt difference of EFP projectile formed by No.2 charge decrease, and the radial velocity and dispersion angle gradually increase. For No.3 charge, all parameters decrease with the increase of arrangement angle. The axial velocity, radial velocity and aspect ratio of EFP projectile formed by No.4 load decrease gradually, while tail skirt difference and dispersion angle gradually increase. When the arrangement angle is 15 °, the EFP formed has smaller axial velocity and radial velocity than other structures, but it has a great advantage in the formation of EFP morphology and dispersion angle.
