预制破片/MEFP组合式战斗部数值仿真

         

摘要

研究了一种组合式战斗部结构,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对其成型过程进行数值模拟.仿真结果表明:该新型预制破片/MEFP组合式战斗部可以形成速度高、数量多、杀伤面积大的多个毁伤元.MEFP毁伤元穿孔深而大,并且可以有效提高预制破片的密集度.此外还研究了起爆方式对毁伤元的影响,结果表明中心起爆方式形成的毁伤元速度高,密度分布较差,EFP飞行方向较为发散;环形起爆可以形成稳定轴向飞行的EFP,速度比较低.%A new type of combined warhead structure,which can form prefabricated fragments and MEFP,is used to simulate the forming process of ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The simulation results show that the new prefabricated fritters/MEFP combined warheads can form multiple damage elements with high speed,large quantity and large killing area.MEFP Damage Element has the characteristics of deep perforation and can cause large perforation.The prefabricated fragmentation group has the characteristics of large killing area and has the design of directional prefabricated warheads,which can effectively improve the density of prefabricated fragments.In addition,the effect of the detonation method on the damage element is studied.The results show that the damage rate of the center point is high,but the density distribution is poor and the EFP flight direction is more divergent.Ring initiation can form a stable axial flight of the EFP,but the speed is relatively low.
