目的:采用大孔树脂对双黄连粉针中君药连翘进行精制,优选出最佳的树脂以及洗脱条件.方法:采用吸附、洗脱试验确定精制连翘的最佳树脂,绘制泄漏曲线确定树脂的上样量.结果:双黄连粉针中君药连翘精制的最佳树脂为NKA-9,上样量在5:4~5:6(树脂:原药材)的范围内,4BV蒸馏水去杂质,3BV 40%乙醇解吸附.结论:为精制双黄连粉针中君药连翘优选了一套合理稳定的工艺,并为该药二次开发打基础.%Objective: Using macroporous adsorptive resin for Shuanghuanglian plenty licensing injection of forsythia refining, optimizing the best resins and elution requirement.Methods: Adopt adsorption, elution test to determine the best resin, refined forsythia drawing leakage curve to determine the resin on the sample weight.Results: Shuanghuanglian plenty licensing injection in the best forsythia refined resin as NKA -9, the sample weight for 5∶4 - 5∶ 6( resin: original medicinal materials), within the scope of the 4BV distilled water to impurities, 3BV40 % ethanol desorption attached.Conclusion:As refined Shuanghuanglian plenty licensing injection of forsythia there are a set of reasonable selective processes for the solid foundation of the secondary development.
