随着研究技术方法日益先进,中药抗肿瘤的作用机制逐渐被现代医学所揭示.增殖是细胞生命活动的重要特征.细胞的增殖周而复始,构成细胞周期.细胞周期包括G1、S、G2、M期.查阅近年来的相关文献,众多学者应用显微镜、流式细胞术等方法证实抗癌中药阻滞肿瘤细胞于不同的细胞时期.引起细胞阻滞的因素很多,如细胞周期依赖性激酶、细胞周期抑制蛋白和信号通路等.深入研究这些因素,可以探究中药对细胞周期的作用靶点,为更好地在临床上开发、应用中药奠定坚实的基础.%With the advance of technology, the mechanism of action for TCM against tumor has been discovered. Proliferation is an important characteristic of the life, running as cell cycle, which comprises G1 , S, G2 and M phase. Researchers have found that TCM can induce tumor cell to be blocked in certain phase with the help of microscope and flow cytometry. There are many impacting factors for cell block, such as cyclin dependent kinase, cell cycle control protein, signal transduction pathway, etc. The impacting factors of cell block are reviewed and analyzed in this paper. Exploitation of these factors will lay solid foundation for widely clinical application of TCM in curing tumors.
