Objective; To study the effect of hypericum attenuatum Choisy. by surveying cerebral contents ( 5 -HT and 5 - HIAA) which exist in depressive model. Method : Establish chronic stress rats model of depression by singly housing and exposing to unpredictable stressors, and detect cerebral contents of monoamine neurotransmitters (5- HT and 5 - HIAA) with ELISA. ResuThe high group of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. (2. 88g/kg) could increase cerebral contents of 5 - HT and 5 - HIAA significantly. Conclusion;Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. plays a role of the antidepression, and the possible mechanism of hypericum attenuatum Choisy. for antidepressant effect may be involved in increasing contents of 5 - HT and 5 - HIAA.%目的:探讨乌腺金丝桃对抑郁症大鼠海马单胺类神经递质五羟色胺(5-HT)及五羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)含量的影响.方法:建立大鼠孤养结合慢性不可预计性应激抑郁模型,用酶联免疫法测定药物对单胺类神经递质5-HT及5-HIAA含量的影响.结果:乌腺金丝桃高剂量组(2.88g/kg)能显著提高大鼠慢性不可预计性应激抑郁模型的单胺类神经递质5-HT及5-HIAA的含量.结论:乌腺金丝桃具有一定的抗抑郁作用,其抗抑郁作用可能与增加海马单胺类神经递质5-HT及5-HIAA含量有关.
