刺五加苷B、苷E在大鼠体内肠道菌群中的代谢

         

摘要

Objective:To observe the metabolism of eleutheroside B , metabolism of eleutheroside E to decide the standard product and stab five plus effective parts in rats .Methods:10 times of common doses for rats to the stomach thorn metabolism effective parts , collecting 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12h hours of rats 12h intestinal con-tents and the vitrointestinal flora from rats then , the proportion of 4 ml 1 g:according to water , 13000 ro min-1 centrifugal , take supernatant fluid by using HPLC detection thorn metabolof metabolism B thorn five plus glucoside E .Results:The rats cans in the stomach thorn , after five and effective parts in the big ShuFen within 12 h and force test less than thorn five plus the effective components and metabolites , and after intestinal con-tents of rats , it was concluded that the study showed stab after five and effective parts were completely metabo -lism, but the detection didn't stab metabolism of eleutheroside B , darting metabolism of eleutheroside E .Con-clusion:Qin chlorogenic acid and Yiqin Piding in rats'skin in intestinal flora metabolism .In vivo studies show that spurs five plus effective parts after the metabolic absorption is fully present , but can't detect metabolism of eleutheroside B darting metabolism of eleutherosideE , and speculate that their metabolites are directly ab-sorbed by rats .%目的:观察刺五加苷B、刺五加苷E等刺五加有效部位在大鼠体内肠道菌群中的代谢情况。方法:以10倍剂量给大鼠灌胃刺五加的有效部位,收集1、2、4、6、8、12 h的大鼠肠道内容物和12 h的大鼠粪便,加水使粪便与水的比例为1g:4ml,13000 r/min离心,取上清液采用HPLC法检测刺五加苷B刺五加苷E的道谢情况。结果:在给大鼠灌胃刺五加有效部位后,12 h内的大鼠粪便里检测不到刺五加的有效成分和代谢产物,经过对大鼠肠道内容物的研究得出,4h后刺五加的有效部位被完全代谢,但检测不到刺五加苷B、刺五加苷E的代谢产物。结论:绿原酸和异秦皮啶在大鼠肠道菌群中不发生代谢。体内研究显示,刺五加的有效部位在4h后被完全代谢吸收,但是检测不到刺五加苷B、刺五加苷E的代谢产物,推测其代谢产物可能直接被大鼠吸收。
