不同产地菊苣对鹌鹑高尿酸、高甘油三脂症并腹型肥胖的药效比较研究

摘要

目的:探讨不同产地菊苣降尿酸、降甘油三酯、降腹脂的药效.方法:高嘌呤饮食诱导鹌鹑高尿酸血症并高甘油三脂症并腹型肥胖模型,给予10个产地的菊苣提取物,生化检测鹌鹑血清中的UA、TG、BUN、CRE水平,称取最后一周腹脂量.结果:各产地菊苣表现出不同程度的降尿酸、降甘油三酯、降腹脂的药效.结论:产地为新疆昌吉的菊苣在降尿酸、降甘油三酯、降腹脂方面药效较突出.%Objective:To study Cichorium intybus L.from different origins for lowering uric acid and reducing triglycerides and abdominal fat.Methods:Quails were used in the experiment and high purine diet was used to induce hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia and abdominal obesity model.Give chicory extracts from 10ori-ginsa,nd biochemically test UA , TG, BUN and CRE levels in the serum, and weigh abdominal fat in the last week.Results:Chicory extracts from different origins showed different levels of efficacy on lowering uric acid and reducing triglycerides and abdominal fat.Conclusion:Cichorium intybus L.from Changji,Xinjiang shows a prominent efficacy on lowering uric acid and reducing triglycerides and abdominal fat.
