针对现代战场环境下电子对抗的关键内容雷达作战效能评估问题开展研究.分析了复杂电磁空间的描述方法和战场想定构建原则.讨论了雷达作战效能评估体系的建立和约简方法.并就目前广泛采用的三种评估方法,模糊评判法、神经网络法和D-S理论评估方法的理论基础和应用特点进行了分析比较.最后针对评估过程中存在的不确定性问题,提出了基于D-S理论的雷达效能评估方法,从而为现代战场环境下雷达作战效能评估问题提供新的解决途径.%The essential problem on combat effectiveness evaluation in radar EW is studied. The complex electromagnetic environment is described and the principles of battlefield assumption construction are analyzed. The foundation and reduction method of evaluation index sets are provided. Three evaluation methods such as fuzzy evaluation method, neural network method and D-S evidence method used commonly are introduced and the evaluation performances are compared. To solve the uncertainty factors in the evaluation problems, a method based on D-S evidence theory is given which is a novel way to combat effectiveness evaluation in the modem radar EW.
