基于Anybus-s PN IO模块的PROFINET远程I/O设计

         

摘要

As launched just a few years of industrial communication standards, PROFINET in many areas, including research and development, application and maintenance, etc. , has great technical difficulties and high cost. However, its advantages are obvious, one of which is that it can achieve a web in the end from I /O level to monitor. The issue with Anybus-s module, develops a PROFINET interface for remote I/O, including 16 DI, 16 DO, 4 AI and 2 AO which link to industrial Ethernet access network, achieving technological foundation on communications between switching capacity, analog with PROFINET Industrial Ethernet equipment. At the same time, by studying the PROFINET network protocols and functions of the final product, it also provides the further reference to the development of PROFINET.%作为一种尚未被广泛使用的工业通信标准,PROFINET技术在研发、应用和维护等方面,都有很大的技术难度,且需要投入较高的成本.但是,它最大的优势也显而易见,便是能够从现场的I/O级到监控级实现一网到底.文中基于Anybus-s PNIO模块,设计了一种PROFI-NET从站接口,将远程I/O(包括16路DI,16路DO,4路AI和2路AO)接入PROFINET网络,为实现开关量、模拟量与PROFINET工业以太网进行数据通信奠定技术基础.同时,通过研究PROFINET网络协议和最终产品的功能,也为PROFINET更为深入的开发提供参考.
