基于MC464控制器的两轴伺服示教软件设计

         

摘要

In order to realize the function of servo teaching and playback by designed of software, the system contains the MC464 controller of Trio, the A4N servo drivers and servo motors of Panasonic, and the programs are designed in the Motion Perfect2. Through the design of direct teaching and indirect teaching, they make use of the closed-loop function of equipments to record the information of position from the encoder and complete the teaching function. Two motors are controlled to playback the preset motion path through the high speed plus outputs from divers. The experiments result shows that the indirect teaching can complete representation the trajectory, the direct teaching has high accuracy of playback, and the structure of the two methods are concise, the system is stably and the positioning movement has good repeatability.%采用了翠欧MC464控制器、松下A4N伺服驱动器和伺服电机组合的系统方案,利用Motion Perfect2平台进行编程操作,实现了伺服示教与再现功能的软件设计.通过对直接示教和间接示教的设计,利用仪器的伺服闭环功能实时记录编码器的位置信息,完成示教功能;再通过高速脉冲的输出控制电机运转,再现已设定的运动轨迹.实验表明,间接示教能忠实的再现运动轨迹,直接示教具有很高的再现精度,两种示教方法的结构设计简洁,系统运行稳定,其定位运动具有较好的重复性.
