Detection and diagnosis of oscillation in control loops becomes of great importance in industrial automation. Based on the analysis and realization of several typical stiction diagnosis methods, this paper has developed a comprehensive analysis platform to diagnose stiction in the control loops. After the realization of oscillation detection, stiction identification for Hammerstein model is analyzed, as well as Area-peak method and Relay method. The validation of these methods is excuted with multiple simulation instance data. A comprehensive diagnostic analysis platform was build with MATLAB GUI.%振荡检测及粘滞诊断在工业自动化生产中有着重要意义。本文对几种典型粘滞诊断方法进行了分析,应用MATLAB GUI设计了一些控制回路阀门粘滞诊断综合分析平台的基本功能。在实现振荡检测的基础上,分析Hammerstein粘滞辨识方法原理,以及面积峰值法和继电器波形匹配法两种基于形状分析的粘滞诊断方法,通过仿真数据验证了基于形状诊断方法的有效性。
