基于技术接受模型的图书馆员对移动服务态度研究

摘要

The paper bases on two core variables of TAM, perception ease of use and practicability, adds two external variables, individual innovativeness and smart phone, then puts forwards a hypothesis, to discuss whether above mentioned variables can forecast librarians’ behavioral intention of using library’s mobile service. After doing a questionnaire survey, it uses SPSS software to analyze data, and the result proves that the hypothesis is tenable.%在技术接受模型的感知易用性和实用性两个核心变量的基础上，加入个体创新和智能手机两个外部变量，并以此提出假设，探讨以上变量是否可以预测图书馆员利用图书馆移动服务的行为意图。经问卷调查，用SPSS软件对调查数据进行分析，结果表明该假设成立。
