基于鲶鱼效应的高校图书馆学科馆员激励机制构建策略

摘要

借鉴鲶鱼效应原理，论述在高校图书馆学科馆员培养中引入鲶鱼效应的必要性。提出从内部挖潜或从外部引进鲶鱼型人才，采取各种激励措施，运用鲶鱼效应构建激励机制，激发学科馆员的工作热情和责任感，提高工作效率，以促进高校图书馆学科馆员事业的发展。%The paper references the principle of catfish effect, discusses the necessity to introduce catfish effect into university subject librarian training. The paper puts forwards that getting catfish effect talents from internal mining and external introducing, tak-ing various incentive measures, building catfish effect-based incentive mechanism, and stimulating subject librarians ’ work enthusiasm and responsibility, to promote the development of undertakings of university subject librarian.
