肝脏干细胞与肝脏再生

摘要

肝脏损伤与再生是传染病研究领域的重要课题.对肝脏损伤与修复中干细胞作用的研究进展很快,主要归纳为肝脏内源性和外源性干细胞两大部分.本文主要回顾和介绍了参与肝脏修复和再生的主要干细胞,并结合临床的进展,探讨对肝脏干细胞更深入的基础研究和临床应用的可能性.%Liver injury and regeneration are the important topics in the research field of contagious diseases. Studies regarding the functions of liver stem cells in liver injury and repair are classified into two different sources: intra-and extra-liver stem cells that are progressing rapidly. This paper reviews and introduces the major stem cells involved in the liver repair and regeneration,and based on the current clinical advances, explore the further basic study of hepatic stem cells and their potential for clinical applications.
