化学矿山自动化控制中心设计

摘要

阐述了化学矿山自动化控制中心的主要功能,介绍了自动化控制中心的物理平台设计,包括自动化控制系统的软硬件及工业电视系统,论述了管控一体化在自动化控制中心的体现,最后提出了自动化控制中心设计中的注意事项,给出了UPS电源的选型方案、控制系统及工业电视系统的抗干扰措施.应用结果表明,化学矿山自动化控制中心能够较好地实现矿山生产设备的远程控制与监视以及安全监测仪表的遥测功能,大大降低了生产管理及现场作业人员的劳动强度.%The paper expounded main functions of automatic control center of chemical mine, introduced design of physical platform of the automatic control center including software and hardware of control systems and industrial television, and discussed forms of management-control integration in the automatic control center. It finally proposed points for attention about designing the automatic control center, namely model selection of UPS and anti-interference measures of control systems and industrial television system. The application showed that the automatic control center can realize functions of remote monitoring and control of production equipments and telemetry of safety monitoring meters, and greatly reduce labor intensity of managers and workers.
