金属酸洗废水处理工程中石灰自动投加系统的设计与应用

         

摘要

针对传统的石灰投加系统扬尘污染严重、操作环境差、劳动强度大、投加精度差、溶液浓度不均匀且不能实现自动控制等问题,结合酸洗废水处理工程,介绍了石灰自动投加系统的设计和控制实施过程,并详细描述了石灰自动投加系统设计的基本参数和运行效果.该系统设计简单、劳动强度小、运行维护方便,且出水水质优于GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》的二级标准.%Traditional lime dosing system has many disadvantages such as: serious dust pollution, poor working environment, high labor intensity, low dosing precision, nonuniform solution concentration, can not realize automatic control and so on. Combined with pickling wastewater treatment project, the design and control process of automatic lime dosing system were introduced; besides, the basic parameters and operation effect of the said system were described in detail at the same time. The system characterized by simple design, low labor intensity and convenient operation and maintenance; forthermore, the effluent quality was superior to the second grade of GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
