利用反硝化技术解决油田水处理系统中硫化物问题的技术实践

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem resulting from the sulfide existing in oil field water treatment system, a kind of denitrification inhibitor which can not only remove the sulfide effectively, but also inhibit the activity of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) was developed based on the microbiological research. The result of the field test showed that, when the inhibitor dosage was 85 mg/L, the sulfide content in oil system sedimentation tank could be reduced to an undetectable level; the oil removal rate could be increased by 32.7%, and thus the practical problems such as poor sedimentation effect of sedimentation tank and deterioration of influent water quality of wastewater treatment system were solved. It could be seen that, dosing inhibitor before the filtration could enhance the filtration efficiency, improve the influent water quality, and finally solve the problem of influent water quality exceeding the standard caused by serious pollution of filtration system.%为了解决油田水处理系统中硫化物给生产带来的实际问题,从微生物学角度开发了能够有效除硫控菌(SRB)的反硝化抑制剂.现场试验结果表明,抑制剂投加量为85 mg/L时,能够将油系统沉降罐中硫化物降至未检出水平,沉降罐的除油率提高32.7%,解决了现场沉降罐沉降效率差、废水系统来水水质恶化等实际问题;滤前投加抑制剂能够提高过滤效率,改善了注水水质,解决现场因过滤系统污染严重造成注水水质超标等实际问题.
