混凝气浮工艺深度处理TFT-LCD有机废水

         

摘要

采用混凝气浮工艺对生化后的TFT-LCD行业有机废水进行深度处理,研究了PAC投加量、pH值、 上浮剂投加量以及溶气压力对废水的浊度、SDI以及TOC去除率的影响.试验结果表明,在进水量为1.0 m3/h,pH值为6.5~7.0,10%PAC投加量为150 mg/L,上浮剂投加量为3 mg/L,溶气压力为0.3 MPa的工艺条件下,可以有效去除废水中的浊度、SDI以及TOC.TFT-LCD行业生化后的有机废水经混凝气浮工艺深度处理后,产水满足反渗透装置进水水质要求,可通过反渗透装置进一步制备成超纯水.%Coagulation air flotation process was used for advanced treatment of biochemical treated organic wastewater from TFT-LCD industry, the effect of PAC dosage, pH value, flotation agent dosage and dissolved gas pressure on removal rates of turbidity, SDI and TOC were investigated. The test results showed that, the turbidity, SDI and TOC in the wastewater could be effectively removed under the condition that the influent water quantity was 1.0 m3/h, the pH value was 6.5 - 7.0, the dosage of 10% PAC was 150 mg/L, the flotation agent dosage was 3 mg/L and the dissolved gas pressure was 0.3 MPa. Through the advanced treatment, the produced water quality of the biochemical treated organic wastewater from TFT-LCD industry could meet the influent water quality re-quirement of reverse osmosis device, which could be used for ultrapure water preparation.
