煤化工高含盐废水中有机物去除方法探究

         

摘要

为了考察不同方法对煤化工高含盐废水有机物及色度的去除效果,选择合适的处理方法,使出水水质满足后续分质蒸发结晶器的正常运行要求.采用光催化氧化法、 铁炭微电解法、 电解氧化法、 活性炭吸附法、 臭氧氧化法等对其进行处理,考察各种方法对废水中难降解有机物及色度去除效果.试验结果表明,电解氧化法的处理效果最好,当电流为20.0 A,电压为8.0 V时,反应时间为6 h,CODCr的质量浓度降至89.6 mg/L,去除率为84.48%,BOD5的质量浓度降至9.0 mg/L,去除率为92.70%,色度降至50倍以下.%In order to select a proper wastewater treatment method which can make effluent water quality meet the requirement of subsequent unit and ensure a normal operation of quality-based crystallizing evaporator, the removal efficiency of different methods for organic matters and chroma in high salt-containing wastewater from coal chemical industry was investigated. Using photo-catalytic oxidation, iron-carbon micro-electrolysis, electrolytic oxidation, activated carbon adsorption, ozone oxidation and some other processes to treat the said kind of wastewater, the efficiency of those methods for organic matters and chroma removal was investigated. The re-sults of the test showed that, the best treatment effect was obtained by electrolytic oxidation, when the current was 20.0 A, the voltage was 8.0 V, the reaction time was 6 h, the mass concentrations of CODCr and BOD5 de-creased to 89.6 and 9.0 mg/L respectively with the removal rates of 84.48%and 92.70% respectively, the chroma decreased to below 50 times.
