臭氧-陶瓷膜生物反应器处理市政污水二级出水

         

摘要

以某大学生活污水二级处理出水为原水,考察了臭氧氧化耦合陶瓷膜生物反应器的污染物去除效果.结果表明,在陶瓷膜孔径为200 nm,跨膜压差为0.1 MPa,臭氧投加量为5 mg/L的工艺条件下,组合工艺对浊度、氨氮、亚硝态氮、CODMn和UV254的平均去除率分别为98.7%、97.3%、96.0%、41.2%和34.1%,对应的出水指标分别为0.08 NTU、0.07 mg/L、0.01 mg/L、2.50 mg/L和0.037 cm-1.相同运行周期内,直接使用陶瓷膜生物反应器过滤市政二级出水,膜通量下降26.7%;而臭氧-陶瓷膜组合工艺膜通量只减少了14.3%,说明臭氧-陶瓷膜生物反应器组合工艺可有效减轻膜污染,提高陶瓷膜使用效率.%Taking secondary effluent of municipal sewage from a campus as the raw water, the effect of ozone-ceramic membrane bioreactor on pollutants removal was investigated. The results showed that, using the above combined process to treat the said kind of sewage, under the condition that the pore size of ceramic membrane was 200 nm, the transmembrane pressure was 0.1 MPa, the ozone dosage was 5 mg/L, the average removal rates of turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, CODMnand UV254were 98.7%、97.3%、96.0%、41.2% and 34.1% respectively, and the corresponding indexes of the effluent water were 0.08 NTU, 0.07 mg/L, 0.01 mg/L, 2.50 mg/L and 0.037 cm-1respectively. In an operation cycle, the membrane flux was reduced by 26.7% by direct ceramic membrane bioreactor filtration, while the membrane flux was reduced by only 14.3%when the combined process ran stably. It was indicated that, ozone-ceramic membrane bioreactor could reduce membrane fouling effectively and improve the service efficiency of ceramic membrane.
