Fenton氧化-混凝沉淀-O/A/O工艺处理焦化废水

         

摘要

采用Fenton氧化-混凝沉淀-O/A/O工艺处理焦化废水,通过改变反应时间、进水pH值、Fe2+和H2O2的投加量,研究分析了Fenton氧化预处理焦化废水的最优工艺条件;再以O/A/O反应器净化预处理后焦化废水和生活污水的等比例混合污水,探讨了反应器回流比、曝气方式、进水pH值对CODCr和氨氮去除率的影响.研究表明,Fenton氧化工艺在反应时间为2.5 h、进水pH值为6、Fe2+和H2O2物质的量比为1:6、Fe2+质量浓度为300 mg/L的条件下,对焦化废水CODCr的去除率可达到53%左右;O/A/O工艺在选取合理回流比、曝气方式、进水pH值的情况下,对焦化废水具有稳定的去除能力,出水水质达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准.%Fenton oxidation-coagulation sedimentation-O/A/O process was used to treat coking wastewater. By changing reaction time, influent pH value, Fe2+and H2O2dosage, the optimal condition for pretreatment of coking wastewater using Fenton oxidation was studied; and then, O/A/O reactor was used to purify the mixture of equal parts pretreated coking wastewater and domestic sewage, the effect of reflux ratio, aeration mode, influent water pH value on removal rates of CODCrand ammonia nitrogen was discussed. The study results showed that, under the condition that the reaction time of Fenton oxidation process was 2.5 h, the influent pH value was 6, the mass ratio of Fe2+to H2O2was 1 : 6, the mass concentration of Fe2+was 300 mg/L, the removal rate of CODCrin coking wastewater could reach about 53%. It could draw a conclusion that, O/A/O had a stable performance on coking wastewater treatment when the reflux ratio, aeration mode and influent water pH value was controlled rea-sonably, and the effluent water quality met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
