甘氨酸修饰大孔纤维素微球的制备及其对Cr3+、Fe3+的吸附研究

     

摘要

以碳酸钙固体颗粒为致孔剂,采用热熔胶转化再生纤维素法制备了大孔纤维素微球,并用甘氨酸修饰成阳离子吸附剂,以Cr3+、Fe3+为模型组分考察了该新型吸附剂的吸附性能.采用扫描电子显微镜对吸附剂的结构性能进行了表征,并探讨了吸附时间、初始浓度、温度、pH对吸附性能的影响.结果表明,吸附在270 min达到平衡,对Cr3+、Fe3+的饱和吸附量分别为52.5、48.9 mg/g,吸附过程可用Freundlich等温方程拟合.%A novel porous cellulose matrix has been fabricated by water-in-oil emulsification-thermal regeneration using granules of calcium carbonate as porogenic agents. Glycin modification of porous spherical cellulose is prepared and its application in the adsorption of chromium ions and iron ions is investigated. The structural properties of the composite material are characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM ). The effects of adsorption time, initial concentration,temperature and pH on adsorption are discussed. The results show that the adsorptions tends toward equilibrium at 270 min and the equilibrium adsorption capacities are 52.5 mg/g and 48.9 mg/g for Cr3+ and Fe3+,respectively. The adsorption process can be fitted by Freundlich isotherms equation.
