PREPARATION OF MODIFIED BAGASSE HEMICELLULOSE ON PB2+NEW ADSORPTION

摘要

The new adsorbent of bagasse hemicellulose was prepared through chemical modification of bagasse hemicellulose with the cis-butenedioic anhydride monomer,which introduced high density of carboxyl and increased the chelating ability of hemicellulose absorbing metal.This modified hemicellulose was characterized by FTIR,SEM,and TG methods.In addition,Effects of various environmental paramenters such as cis-butenedioic anhydride dosage,N-bromobutanimide dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on Pb2+adsorption by modified hemicellulose were investigated.The results showed that the new adsorbent had higher heavy metal adsorption capacity through cis-butenedioic anhydride chemical modification.The optimum conditions for preparation were as follows:the bagasse hemicellulose was 1.0000 g,the cis-butenedioic anhydride dosage was3.0000g,N-bromobutanimide dosage was0.1000g,reaction temperature was 60℃ and reactiontime was 6h.At the optimum condition,the maximum adsorption capacity of Pb2+could reach 89.15mg.g-1.
