以唐山市生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液为对象,研究了水解酸化提高新垃圾渗滤液、4a垃圾渗滤液和25 a垃圾渗滤液可生化性的可行性.实验和实践结果表明:垃圾填埋年限越长的渗滤液可生化性越差,需要水解酸化的停留时间越长,可生化性提高的幅度越小;当温度为20~35℃时,水解酸化菌的活性较强;水解酸化过程中垃圾渗滤液中的有机氮发生了氨化,释放出氨氮.%Tangshan city landfill leachate is taken as a study object. The feasibility of the hydrolysis acidification of new landfill leachate,4-year landfill leachate and 25-year leachate for improving the biodegradability of landfill leachate has been studied. Experiments and running results show that the longer the life of the landfill leachate is, the worse the biodegradability of the landfill leachate is, the longer residence time of hydrolysis acidification is needed, and smaller the magnitude of the improved biodegradability by hydrolysis acidification is. At 20-35 ℃ the activity of hydrolysis-acidification bacteria is strong, organic nitrogen in landfill leachate is ammonificated in the process of hydrolysis acidification, and the ammonia is released.
