双亚甲基膦酸脲基乙酸的合成及其缓蚀阻垢性能

         

摘要

In presence of hydrochloric acid,using glyoxylic acid and urea as raw materials,allantoic acid can be formed by condensation.Then,it is reacted with phosphorous acid and formaldehyde,based on Mannich reaction mechanism.A new type of scale and corrosion inhibitor,bis (methylene phosphonic carbamido)acetic acid (BMPCA) has thus been synthesized.Its scale and corrosion inhibiting capabilities are evaluated.The results show that the scale inhibition rate and corrosion inhibition rate are 78.5% and 81.5% respectively.The scale and corrosion inhibiting capabilities of BMPCA are better than commonly used water treatment agents,such as HPAA,EDTMP,CTMPA,etc.%在盐酸存在条件下,以乙醛酸和尿素为原料,缩合生成了二脲基乙酸,再与亚磷酸和甲醛进行Mannich反应合成了一种新型缓蚀阻垢剂——双亚甲基膦酸脲基乙酸(BMPCA),并评价了其缓蚀阻垢性能.结果表明,BMPCA对碳酸钙的阻垢率为78.5%,对碳钢的缓蚀率为81.5%,其缓蚀阻垢性能优于HPAA、EDTMP和CTMPA等常用水处理剂.
