二级AO工艺处理硝态氮废水工程实例

         

摘要

当前我国水体氮磷超标导致富营养化现象日趋严重,对于高含氮工业废水的处理尤为必要.通过对某电子厂硝态氮废水特点的综合分析,采用二级AO工艺进行处理,处理规模为120 t/d.经该系统处理后,出水水质:pH为7.82,TN为15.83 mg/L,COD为149.81 mg/L,运行成本为8.15元/t.出水水质达到《废水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)三级标准,符合当地环保排放标准.该工艺对同类型的废水处理具有一定的参考意义.%At present,the phenomenon of eutrophication caused by excessive nitrogen and phosphorus in the water bodies of China is becoming more and more severe. The necessity of treating the high nitrogen containing industrial wastewater is getting especially important. By means of comprehensive analysis on the characteristics of nitrate?N wastewater in an electronics factory,the wastewater has been treated by a two?stage AO process. The treatment scale is 120 t/d. After treated by this system,the parameters of effluent water quality are as follows:pH is 7.82,TN 15.83 mg/L,COD 149.81 mg/L,and the running cost is 8.15 yuan/ton. The effluent quality meets the third level standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996)and conforms to local environmental discharge standards. The process has certain reference significance to the same type of wastewater treatment.
