液相色谱法测定工业废水中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺

     

摘要

The highly efficient liquid chromatography with a photodiode array detector has been established for the determination of N,N-DMF in industrial wastewater,using C18column with acetonitrile/water system as mobile phase, the flow rate of the mobile phase is 0.8 mL/min,photodiode array detector in the range of 190 nm to 300 nm and the detection wavelength 198 nm. The results show that the linear relationship is good,when the mass concentration is in the range of 0.01-50 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9.The limit of detection is 0.003 mg/L.The recovery rate is 93.8%-97.2% with the relative standard deviations of 2.5%-6.4%.The method is characterized by wide applicability,convenient operation,quick analytical rate,high sensitivity,and good reproducibility.The quali-tative accuracy is improved by multiple qualitative analysis,being able to be used for the determination of N,N-DMF in industrial wastewater.%建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法测定工业废水中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的方法.使用C18色谱柱,以乙腈/水为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,二极管阵列检测器范围190~300 nm,波长为198 nm.结果表明,在质量浓度为0.01~50 mg/L的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999.该方法检出限为0.003 mg/L,回收率为93.8%~97.2%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~6.4%.该方法适用性广、操作简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好,采用多重定性增强了定性的准确性,可用于实际工业废水中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的测定.
