小型船舶柴油机主机电动遥控系统设计

         

摘要

According to the characteristics of small-scale marine, a set of electric remote control system for its diesel engine is designed. The system control principle as well as design of hardware and software is described. Realization of design shows that the electric remote control system has stroke accuracy of up to 3 mm in the control of diesel engine clutch and throttle movement. The operation is stable and reliable, fully satisfying indicators for marine use.%针对小型船舶使用特点,设计了一套适合小型船舶柴油机的主机电动遥控系统。主要阐述了系统的控制原理、硬件结构和软件设计。通过设计实现,表明主机电动遥控系统在控制柴油机离合器和油门移动时的行程精度高达3 mm,且运行稳定可靠,完全符合船用各项指标。
