基于ISM和AHP的LNG企业安全培训评估体系构建

摘要

To enhance the safety training effects of LNG corporate , based on the idea of explanation structure model (ISM ) ,12 main factors that affect safety training in LNG enterprise are confirmed from reaction index ,learning index ,be-havior index and effectiveness index and the structure model to explain safety training in LNG business is given;then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of each index of the surface affecting factors .The results show that multi-echelon ISM can be used to effectively express the structure of safety training factors in LNG corporate and the hierarchical relationship among various factors is also reflected directly ;the main affecting factors of safety training are determined to be learning index by AHP method ,which can provide references for improving the business of safety training .%基于解释结构模型（ISM ）方法论，从反应、学习、行为、效益4个指标出发，确定了12个评价LNG企业安全培训的主要影响因子，建立LNG企业安全培训的解释结构模型；采用层次分析法（AHP ）确定了表层直接影响因素中各因子的权重。结果表明，多层递阶ISM模型能有效表达LNG企业安全培训影响因素的结构，直观反映各影响因子间的层次关系；确定LNG企业安全培训的主要影响因素为学习指标，这为提高LNG企业安全培训工作的质量提供依据。
