基于CREAM的企业安全生产事故中人因失误的影响因素分析

摘要

安全生产是现代企业管理工作中的核心工作之一，通过对企业安全生产事故中人因失误的成因分析，总结了企业人因失误的类型，采用CREAM （认知可靠性和失误分析方法）对其影响因素进行追溯性分析，提出了相应的对策建议，能有效促进企业安全生产工作的开展。%The safety in production is one of the core works of management in modern enterprises .Through the analysis of error factors in enterprises accidents ,error types are summarized ,the CREAM method (cognitive reliability and error analy-sis ) is applied to conduct a retrospective analysis on the influence factors and the corresponding countermeasures and sugges-tions are put forward ,which can effectively promote the development of enterprises safety production work .
