一种应用于大功率有源逆变的最小开关损耗相位差式SVPWM调制算法

     

摘要

This paper puts forward a. New phase-difference SVPWM algorithm of minimum switch loss which is suitable for high-power active inverter. The method reducing the switch loss to the least by control power switch tubes act in the areas of smallest average current based on lowest switch frequency according to the load characteristic of active inverter. Take this method can also improve the operation reliability of switch tubes by balance tubes' heat through making every switch tube conduction interval in a period. The results of simulation based on Simulink software show that the algorithm is correct, effective and easy for digital realization.%在深入分析有源逆变及SVPWM调制的基础上,从减小大功率有源逆变开关损耗的角度出发,提出了一种适合于大功率有源逆变的最小开关损耗相位差式SVPWM新算法.该方法根据有源逆变的负载特性,在将有源逆变器开关管频率降到最低的基础上,开关管在平均电流最小的区域动作,最大程度地减小了开关损耗.该方法还使各相开关管间隔导通、受热均衡,提高了开关管运行的可靠性.Simulink仿真结果验证了该算法的正确性和有效性,且易于实现.
